Top 10 Free (or inexpensive) ways to make Father’s Day Great
So, we’ve got father’s day approaching fast and if you’re one of those people who are massively organised, bought and wrapped his Father’s day gift then don’t read on. If, on the other hand you have good intentions but have not even thought about the big day and worse still you’re watching the pennies, then you’re in luck as what follows is the Top 10 list of free (or relatively inexpensive ) father’s day gift ideas that won’t break the bank.
1. ‘Watch The World Cup In Peace’ ticket. Football mania is fast approaching and really what any football loving father wants is to watch his team in peace, and not have his children climbing on him, begging to Watch ‘their programmes’ on the other side or worse still to be ferrying older siblings to and from friends houses. With a home- made ’Watch the world Cup in Peace’ ticket you are promising him quality ‘him’ time alone with beer, pizza and the remote control.
2. Breakfast in bed . It’s not just mums who appreciate this. A simple fry up should do the trick!
3. ‘Best Dad Jam Jar’. Get a clean jam jar. Get kids to decorate the label. Cut out 100 small strips of paper and write on them why he is the best dad in the world! Fill the jam jar with the reasons. It’s free and he’ll love it!

10. Do something all as a family. A simple picnic in the park or fishing trip is inexpensive and great fun because sometimes it’s the really simple things in life that make memories.
