The Era of the Blogging Mommies

Many years ago it was very uncommon for Moms to go to work when they had children. It was a mothers place to be in the home and taking care of her children. Then as times changed many women became more career orientated and it became more acceptable for women to have a career and so we saw many mothers returning to work shortly after their babies were born.

Over the years as living expenses have risen many Moms were forced to return to the workforce due to financial reasons regardless of whether they wanted to stay home and care for their children or not.

These days with the beauty of technology and the internet many Moms can now work from home and so we have ‘the era of blogging mommies’.

The internet has allowed women to be able to stay home and look after their children while at the same time helping to keep the family financially stable. Blogging is one of the easiest ways to make money online and is therefore a popular choice.

You can blog about anything including pregnancy, birth, babies, toddlers, children, teenagers, twins, parenting, childhood illnesses and anything that you can think of. If you want to get away from the parenting/children niches then you can blog about a hobby such as scrapbooking, gardening or even sports. You can literally blog about anything.

So if you have children and want to be able to stay home to take care of them but your finances are a bit tight, then why not join the ‘blogging mommies’ brigade. You will be able to earn that extra income that you need and you will have a lot of fun doing it.
